I totally agree , but next year there will be NO gate money trust me . This is all for 3 months of good hockey.

Well if the trade does end up going through we won’t have to play them often lol.

I get where you are coming from. Im literally going back and fourth between the boards and the OHL Media Notes with the occasional twitter look on my phone and I don't expect my favourite team to be doing anything but this years deadline period is crazy!
It's also a really slow day at work...

I think it’s too late, sting have to go all in now, if they were to start trading Voit, mast, gaudreau, pastujov, burke, kyrou etc. now they wouldn’t get anywhere close to full value as they should for those players and that would be a damn shame. Too many teams have spent a lot of young players and early draft picks already. Also if they were to just stand pat and not sell the farm that would also be a damn shame because if the team didn’t sell they would still be brutal the next two years and wouldn’t have a lot of draft picks either. It was either go all in or completely sell. Can’t go 1 leg in 1 leg out whichever you decide to go with whether it’s go all in or sell you Have to be fully committed either way. They decided early they were all in and it’s too late to change their mind now. IMO

Exactly. Pass so called “contending” sting teams that were suppose to go for a “run” always lacked the proper ammo to go past the 2nd round. They never fully committed to it. There were always glaring gaps in the line up that never got filled in past teams. If they add DBB and EDM then on paper, there isn’t any glaring gaps. They could add a character 19 yo 4th liner for cheap if it happens to cost both Martone and McDonnell.

It’s time to go all in….simply because it’s too late. They spent so much already with Pastujov and Kyrou.

I would wayyyyyyyy rather get del Mastro and del bel bulluz, Shane wright is real good, but I personally think he’s abit over hyped. Del Mastro is just so good in all areas on defence plus you get a very skilled forward that’s great on faceoffs with del bel bulluz. No brainer to me. London wouls have to load up a lot of picks now that they traded Testa. Unless they are considering packaging an 05 or 04 with picks.

I don't even know what to think anymore lol. I'm done getting excited one way or another. Just gonna wait until a deal is official. Whether its Wright or DBB & EDM or if its some 4th liner.

If they fail to get one of these big trades done. It’s the biggest fail they could possibly do….. go almost all in.

I can only assume MacDonell or Martone nixed the trade to MISS & we've pivoted to KGN & Wright. Maybe with them hosting next year (potentially) they are more open to it.

Tough situation for Seca. See what happens.

If this deal gets nixed and we wind up with nothing, it really would be a classic Sting move. I am fully expecting this outcome because of my cynicism toward this team
 
The biggest issue now is if we get in a bidding war for Wright we will lose to BAR if they want him that badly & for them to be pivoting the player who doesn't wanna go to MISS must be dead set on it which would leave us completely f*cked in adding.

For Dreger to tweet well after his original tweet it you gotta think he got word Sarnia offered a really good package after the MISS stuff. Gonna be a long 72 hours..
 
Hear me out but what if you guys are trying to get DelBelBelluz, Del Mastro AND Wright? Is that a possibility? Martone probably costs more than mcdonnell because he’s younger and you would have more years out of him but McDonnell will be better for next year so maybe martone would be heading to Mississauga and McDonnell to kingston to help them for next year?? I’m not aware of your draft picks or anything but would that even be a possibility?

The thing is with barrie. Other than akey they don’t have a whole lot to offer. Beaudoin isn’t exactly superb and the fronts are looking to host the memorial cup next year with big impact players. Per my source who is involved with the colts beaudoin hasn’t looked great this year especially compared to other 06’s in the league.

Saw Beaudoin play several times this year. He's a solid player and will put up good points. He simply has been unlucky lots. This kid is strong, big, moves to the right spots. I think your source is way wrong on him.
