Dont think there is any chance. Had a good camp overall though with a great game Monday against Montreal.

Well if your stuck with him the upside is he has the tools to become an NHLer before long. He needs to adjust to the N/A/ game/Babcock system and make better use of his size to live up to his potential.
You'll have a decent one if he does.

I'd love to see Korshkov in Andreas Johnson's spot in front of the net on the Leaf's pp! He will benefit by playing most of the year in the AHL but the refs allow so much physical play in the Playoffs that Korshkov would be able to withstand better. Leafs poor pp cost them Playoff games.

After almost making the Leafs out of camp, Korsh is now a goal per game for the Marlies. He is looking like the big PWF/net front presence the Leafs were expecting on draft day and will likely be called up if injuries continue to pile up for the Leafs.

When both Hyman and Dermott are back, Leafs won't be able to bring anyone up for non-LTIR injuries until they go into "emergency recall" status. In emergency recall, they can only bring up someone with $800k or less caphit, which means Korshkov would be off the table for injury recalls.
