The Powerplay disadvantage was a factor there. Hes usually around 16-17 min. Still not good though.

Tortorella is the biggest dummy in the world. He also demoted Michkov off the top line after his scratching to give Tippett more time. Now he's using the top line as a Joel Farabee rehabilitation line.

He would play the game different, though. Playing style always based on a player's physical abiliies. Big guys play different than small ones, and faster players do it different than slower ones.

I think yall aren’t understanding that he’s not physically ready for 82 games of big minutes. He looks visibly gassed on a lot of shifts when he has to track back from deep in O-zone. He’s a rookie who we don’t want to get burnt out over a long season. I don’t have a problem with it

sure he is a very north south type of player but he has an excellent shot and is a strong skater, these 0 hockey IQ takes are just plain lazy.

He still has a way to go in being a top 6 solid option at ES and he might have a bit of Patrick Kane type of career that way which isn't the end of the world.
