Dumais is dynamite. I haven't seen a package like him in the Q recently. He didn't look out of place at camp this year and was a steal of the pick. I think he's going to be a top 10 in his draft class and good potentially to be a top 5.
Wake me up when he plays his first NHL game.

...top 5 ??? whatever it is you are enjoying must be pretty potent!

Cataford was removed from the top line last night to ignite the second line which he did. Dumais and Vidichek were with the captain Biasca. Nothing was clicking. Might take a couple games for the top line to get going again. There is still a waiting period for Lhereaux return. Offence should explode. Expect Dumais to do the same

Top 5? Wow!!!

I dont know if I see it though...I think in redrafts it's gotta be something like....

1. Slaf
2. Beck
3. Mesar
4. Hutson
5. Nemec, Cooley, Wright, etc.

Good read. Matches up a lot with what I've seen and why I've been so excited for this kid

Ok I might have been wrong about his ability to skate last year. But I swear in the games I watched he didn't once turn on the jets, and he showed them immediately in rookie camp, which led me to believe he's made some big gains. I actually wouldn't mind either story as a Jackets fan invested in Dumais' success. I want to see steep trajectories.

It's most definitely the latter. His skating is vastly improved

would be hilarious if he and huston become stars while a bunch of teams are left holding the bag on size.

All he has done is produced
"Lack of size" and poor scouting makes you fall in your draft year.. still in 2022
Crazy to get a player of this caliber 96th overall. Blue Jackets got super lucky.

I am looking forward to Jordan making those that passed on him regret that decision
