Puljujärvi still seems to have the same issue where his first game where he gets to play with instinct and freedom he does well, then when he gets accustomed to the system and the coaching the wheels fall off, he stops producing and becomes less effective. It's been consistent almost everywhere he's been. That also is why I've been very cautious after the first game's success.
To me, he's a player who needs almost complete freedom and has to be able to do his thing. I'm not sure why - Maybe he just doesn't play well when he needs to also think about what the coach wants him to do. It could be that a less system-based and more freeform, "effort and encouragement" type coach would work better for him.
