Same thing happened with Timashov last year. Windsor when healthy is fairly deep, so they will spread out their lines a bit. I think he was with Logan Brown for a bit, but Brown is now out for a month.Didn't expect his production to drop that much. Just getting familiar with the new team?
No mascherin to leech off
I'm a ranger fan saw all but a couple of Bracco's games in Kitchener. He wasn't leeching off Mascherin, he was outscoring him before the World Juniors. They benefited very well from eachother.
He's fallen off from 1.89 points per game in 27 games with Kitchener to 0.86 in 21 games with Windsor.
I never seen the hype with him. Seems like current Eberle but in the OHL. Can put up offense but has so many holes in his game. When he isn't scoring he doesn't bring much else.
As I have seen every game he has played this year I agree with this analysis very much. Would have liked to have seen him play with a healthy Logan Brown and seen what they could have done. Moving around from line to line since joining Windsor has not lead to the same chemistry he had with mash. Grandma and I are still happy about him signing with the leafs and are family are still very proud for him.It is a fair point to an extent though, maybe just worded wrong. He wasn't "leeching" off Mascherin. But Bracco's game is tailored to playing with a great sniper. Windsor doesn't have a Mascherin. The Bracco-Mascherin pairing was a perfect skill complement. One liked the puck on his stick and waiting for the set up. The other liked to find the holes and pull the trigger with ruthless efficiency.
That perfect pairing doesn't exist on Windsor. They have other chemistry that needs to develop.
he's a really immature prospect.
His talent level is undeniable.
