yes he does as we saw with one of our former players and being in camp with Calgary but signing with Dallas after he asked out of his PTO. A players is sort of locked in during the PTO and that team has first dibs to sign him and if they do not--he can ask for his release to sign elsewhere

I agree but I don't think PoolParty is ready. Think he needs a bit more time adjusting to NA game and it might be better served playing top minutes in the AHL.
