Only on HF oil is a 57 goal scorer with all the time in the world to walk in uncontested and pick his spot a “soft goal”.

So much cope in here with regards to the finals last year.
Get over it. It was a great final. You're not hanging the series loss on a single player.
You lose game 7 you lose the series so it seems like the same thing to me. You also straight up said he cost them the cup.Series loss? No. Game 7 loss? Yeah maybe. Kulak/Skinner specifically probably.
That's the margin of victory/defeat, it's razor thin, unfortunately we've been on the wrong side of it twice since the lock out ended.
I'm not really thrilled with the goals Markkanen let in in game 7 either, both goal 1 and 2 were a bit soft but that's how it goes with the Skinners and Markkanens of the world. If you're up against a team with a good goalie, then it's probably going to be your guy who lets in the softer goal at a crucial moment in a game/series.

Sounds like you're saying it's on Skinner. Team should have shown up for games 1-3.
they did? why didn't they score? The team DID show up for 2 of those games and goaltending was the primary reason we lost them. money puck had the oilers at something like 80%+ winning chance for 2 of those games if memory serves correctly.
They dominated game 1, and played pretty good game 3 but didn’t get a great skinner startYou lose game 7 you lose the series so it seems like the same thing to me. You also straight up said he cost them the cup.

That goal was Foegele’s fault. He let his man pass him which is why Skinner and Kulak were cheating for the pass. All Reinhart needed was that extra second and inch to pick his spot.Only on HF oil is a 57 goal scorer with all the time in the world to walk in uncontested and pick his spot a “soft goal”.
That will mess with the accrued cap space plan….I'd call up Savoie, Philp, and Caggulia.
Hyman - Draisaitl - Savoie
Podkolzin - Nuge - Arvidsson
Janmark - Henrique - Brown
Caggulia - Philp - Perry
Because they played against an unreal Bobrovsky those two games.they did? why didn't they score?
McDavid and Draisaitl and co. didn't do their jobs and score...that's not being "successful"Because they played against an unreal Bobrovsky those two games.

Why Caggiula at all, he's just not an NHL player in any way. Pederson would have been better.I like Philp but why Caggiula over Savoie lol.
According to scouts he’s played wellWhy Caggiula at all, he's just not an NHL player in any way. Pederson would have been better.
Don’t worry guys, Cagguila is on his way.
Losing Lavoie because JJ/SB had their heads up their ass twice is even more annoying now.
For a team that has literally has no farm team, I’m not sure why we didn’t sign like 3 AHL fringe forwards that were still young and have some potential.
I mean he should he's a good AHL player, he's not an NHL one. Really absurd he got called up. The Oilers don't evaluate depth players worth a shit.According to scouts he’s played well

no one should be surprised by Cagguila, he's leading the Condors in points and has NHL experience
Savoie is kinda useless outside of the top-6
I am a little surprised they recalled him AND Philp though, figured it would be one or the other
