Sadly, I think its going to be Bowman. Lots of stuff coming out today on how he has learned and deserves another chance.
Certainly trying to butter people up.

JJ said he doesn't want someone like himSadly, I think its going to be Bowman. Lots of stuff coming out today on how he has learned and deserves another chance.

That will make watching and supporting the team very difficult.Sadly, I think its going to be Bowman. Lots of stuff coming out today on how he has learned and deserves another chance.

Yean no team would sign Drai or any 34 year old to a 3 year 13.5 million dollar contract so no way he signs for 5 years and leaves that kinda money on the table
Stauffers right hand man just tweeted this
For you? That will make watching and supporting the team very difficult.
This is grossFor you?
Bowman’s stock just went through the roof.
This, basically undoes all the good of the last 6 monthsThat will make watching and supporting the team very difficult.
Yep we hire Bowman and I guess I’m done with the NHL all together. Just can’t get passed the SA stuff. It’s a damn disgrace he’s even allowed backThis is gross

Seems weird but you never know.Brenden Escott and David Staples both thinking Draisaitl takes 5 year x 13-13.5M.
Idiots.
Just like when you said you’d stop when they got Evander Kane? That will make watching and supporting the team very difficult.

There is a big difference between what Kane did and what Bowman did my friend. There will be a ton of people that stop watching and supporting the team regardless of success if Bowman is brought in.Just like when you said you’d stop when they got Evander Kane?
I doubt it. Most people just talk. There is a big difference between what Kane did and what Bowman did my friend. There will be a ton of people that stop watching and supporting the team regardless of success if Bowman is brought in.

It just doesn't make any sense from Draisaitls camp. A 5 year deal would have him go to age 34 which is passed his prime.Seems weird but you never know.
If they hire Bowman (and I really, really, really hope they aren’t that dumb), it’s going to be the exact same cast of characters claiming they’re “done,” only to be back by November 1st at the latest. Complete with the mental math justifying the return. “It looks like Bowman really learned his lesson!”
Just like last time.
Today’s NHL the big contracts are when you’re 25. Drai was in the transitional period between young and older getting bank. To sign for 5 years now at his age would be economic suicide. Why would Draisaitl sign 5 years? Unless he wants to get a big contract after? Idk
Except that they are two different players at two very different points in their careers.I honestly think Escott is thinking that because of the Byfield deal. This is JJ. I’m guaranteeing an 8 year deal
I'm all for second chances if a guy has atoned and earned it.
I just think Bowman is a terrible GM and isn't good enough to work for one of the top teams in the NHL.
