Sources tell me Gregor was well liked here. I used Gregor’s sources."Turning on Gregor" is implying people liked him before he started criticizing the Babcock hire.

Yes, Gregor is just a consistent punch line. Nothing has changed. And he's just regurgitating what everyone else is saying with an extra dose of obnoxious Gregor-ness. Not enough to stop the transparent yellow glasses jokes IMO.
The injuries are a concern for Walman. Will he be able to stay healthy? I also question his fitness. Could be related to coming back from injury but he is gassed half the time to the point of being a liability. Team also often only gave him 17minutes a night.Walman was one of our best D for most the Anaheim series. That's the Walman I want during the regular season. I'll bet he bounces back after some rehab and time off here. I'm a fan of the player.
Rishaug has been all over Bowman for his decisions over the past year.vs milquetoast Rishaug? Like, when has Rishaug ever wrote/said anything that was remotely about holding the GM and ownership accountable.
We all cry how the media protects this group and management, when one person shows some passion, we shit on him.

Walman won't put up huge points, as he isn't fed any PP minutes. However even last season he showed he generates 5v5 offense better than most D men, which is what we paid for.
Walman needs to answer the bell if we move Nurse, provide reliable second pairing minutes.
I'm actually comfortable with Stastney on the third pairing. His skating is elite, and he is a smart puck mover. I think he and Emberson would be fine in the bottom pair.

They both suck
And Gregor sounds great raging on his radio station, but we all know he’ll be a p***ycat at the press conference
Wouldn’t be the first time
I’d be surprised if Stastney is their plan at 3ld.It's definitely not being talked about enough that even if you trust Walman to handle Nurse's role, the team is his annual injury away from 20 games of a Stastney - Emberson middle pairing.
Connor Murphy has all the leverage negotiating with this team currently and it's such a good year to be a UFA he might test the market anyways.

It’s not being talked about because chances are there will be another move to add a d. Season isn’t starting yet.
Lol when have I ever done that…It's definitely a phenomenon on this board that it will call out guys like Rishaug and Gregor for refusing to be critical of management's consistently questionable decisions, but then also call them out for being crybabies during the rare times they actually are.
Based of 1 season? Hell be lucky to put up 50 pts again and at 30 its about to go down hill for the majority of that contract
Nurse’s minutes are not going to be an issue if they target a Kulak type. They need a d man who can defend.Yeah they're going to sign a lefty for sure, but whichever name that is could be substituted into my post without changing the point.
The cap space is being reallocated to a forward.
Walmans contract is a prime example why you don’t do what they just did. It looks like a disaster already.
And that's why I have little respect for the man. His 'outrage' is all performative, it's simply done to drive engagement to serve himself. They both suck

And again you can be critical of management without acting like a gigantic biased baby having a temper tantrum. Rishaug has been highly critical.

His arrogance would be easier to digest if he weren't so bloody average. It's unearned.

To be fair, in the playoffs Walman was a third pair guy, with Emberson. Playing about 16minutes a game only.I think that's TBD. He was a 7m Dman his first year here, the second was an injury riddled season playing a lot on his weak side. We'll see how he does as the full time 2nd pairing LHD where he excelled in the playoffs.
We were very close to signing Boeser until him or his wife/Gf more likely decided they did not want to leave VANA few weeks ago he said $7-$8 million range. We tried to sign Boeser last summer, so that one wouldn't surprise me.

Maybe we dodged a bullet...
This is not trueReports were that Tampa was offering $5M. I guess they did not have a good feel for what the player actually brings to the table.![]()
As Tampa uses that 8 million for someone better like Tuch, Mcmann or Carlson. Our resident Tampa fan will be in shambles…

The Murphy-Nurse pairing was second pair.
