Yeah especially when initial reports it was minorThose Bruins LTIR moves are super suspect.

I'd prefer using the cap and the capital to acquire multiple players. You have to consider injuries too. Like what would happen if RNH had to miss some playoff games? Suddenly you have to go with
Kane McDavid Yamamoto
Kostin Draisaitl Hyman (?)
Kostin McLeod Foegele
I'd prefer the flexibility of having Domi in there, it gives you the option of still playing McDrai if you want.
This is preferable. I like the jam he brings to the table when he is healthy. I'd prefer to not have to trade either of him or Foegele away to bring another body in.Wonder if you consider LTIRing Yamo if his status is uncertain. Gives a lot more room to play with for an addition.
They said you can't trade for players that are on LTIR and expect them to play in playoffs , never said anything about putting current players on LTIR to bring back for playoffsThose Bruins LTIR moves are super suspect.

Namestnikov is currently a $1.25m cap hit in SJ. He's consistently been a 20+ EVP scorer, he's multi-positional and he plays all situations. He's been traded three times for a 4th and as recently as last year. Judging by his season, he's probably going to cost less than that.
I don't see Domi as a sensible add. Too much cap, too expensive for what he brings.
Is there any real rumours ?I'm wondering about Bennett. Is there actually any truth that their thinking of moving him? Of so, he's exactly the add I would make .And he's friends with McDavid to boot. Not sure what it would take but a 2nd and a prospect ?? if Yams is out we would have the cap space .

They are Gary's team so both probably happen.Could go one of two ways, Vegas tanks and gets Bedard, or they sweep the Kings in the first round. No other alternative realities are possible
Holy meh to all of that...Give me 2 of Gudas, Schmaltz, Vrana, or Bjugstad and I'll consider that a W

No they won’t they can’t ever get the we must rebuild thing right.Friedman floating the idea that the Flames are going start selling.
If they lose tonight, we might see Flames selling. Their chances of making the playoffs dwindle daily as more teams win that are ahead and they keep losing or getting a Bettman point.Friedman floating the idea that the Flames are going start selling.
Toffoli would be nice.Friedman floating the idea that the Flames are going start selling.
They don't even feel good enough to catch Seattle?? Selling would be patheticFriedman floating the idea that the Flames are going start selling.
By all accounts Domi is costing you a 2nd with no retention. That's their last retention slot.Domi would fit in just fine with double retention. Would cost a 2nd to Chicago and a 4th or 5th to a second team to retain 750k.

I think that a team takes him full clip.
