This is always such a myth haha. Flights this Friday to next Tuesday (assuming you wanted to go to both games in Florida) are all over $400 from what I saw, and that's before tickets, hotel, food and drink etc. The cheapest resale tickets for games here vs. Tampa were far less than that when you add everything in for a weekend trip in Florida.
This is not always a myth. In the regular season it cost me $200 usd to be glass side in Sunrise. I stayed in an air bnb with a guest and we split the cost.

Honestly, I would rather play Bruins than Panthers. The boys play better when there is an uphill batter, hopefully, they watched tonight game and realize the Panthers is just as good as them and will fight for every game just like them.

Hopefully we don't get bias officiating that would have come in playing against the Bruins.

So Boston's 1st does it go up 4 spots or 2?

It's fixed at 28 now.

Bruins eliminated, Colorado down 2-0 in game 7, TBL eliminated, Pittsburgh and Washington didn't make the playoffs

Folks its bizzaro world in hockey. This only bodes well for the Leafs
Playoffs (crapshoot) got to love them

The only thing easier will be the reffing that Boston usually gets.
Seriously? Boston's got guys like Pastrnak and Hall playing on the 2nd/3rd line. McAvoy >>>> Ekblad. They had the front runner for Vezina. Marchand, Bergeron, Lindholm. Zacha & Krejci put up almost 60 points lol. DeBrusk put up 50 in 64 and Coyle put up 45. They have stars, they have depth, they have top-defenseman, they have grest goaltending.

The Bruins were and are the better team no matter the outcome of the series. Like we've seen with the Leafs virtually every year since Washington: the better team doesn't always win.

Not a first, you're misrepresenting things. They got back a high 2nd. They moved back a few slots. Mrazek also had multiple years left on his deal, not just 1.

I never said we wouldnt get a 2nd or 3rd back, I said we would probably have to attach that 1st to him and theres a good chance we will. He's also owed 6 million in actual salary, which is not attractive to cap floor teams. But sure attack me and say I'm stupid when you assumed things 🤣

Yeah, and then factor in flight, transportation to/from airport and the game, food for a few days etc. You're also quoting a regular season game - playoff tickets will be more.

There were resale tickets last series in the $350-$400 range.

Okay? And did you even look at the buyout?

Remember: The Leafs have the Bruins first round pick.

Because of that loss, it's going to be 24th overall - which was the best possible scenario for the Leafs given how far ahead of everyone else they were.

It's actually going to be lower than the Leafs own first round pick would have been

His buyout is dirt cheap. They will do that before trading the pick.

His buyout is cheap next season but then like 2 million the next season when Nylander and Matthews are UFAs. That 2 million could be the difference between keeping bunting at 3.5-4 mil or O'Reilly at 5.5-6

I know I’m just addressing always. The resales that were 350-400 probably are bleeds. Nose bleeds in florida probably pay you. if you know what i mean

And Florida beat them.

These playoffs just got 10x better with the Bruins getting eliminated. Not to mention their pick is now 24th for us, can’t complain at all.
