I saw a random rumor that they were signing him for over $12M per year x 8 years. Cant be true so I won't cite it, but if that is true, that is truly insane.
So do INow Buffalo has 4 & 20….hahahahahahhahahahahhaha

Do we really want or need Dolan meddling? With all the somewhat unusual trading going on, I’ve got to think Dolan will be taking notice if his GM sits on his hands.
They can trade up to 5 if they want lolJeebus, STL has 11, 15, 16, and 29 OA in just the 1st round.
What are THEY gonna spend all that draft capital on?
you can never have too much chaos and dysfunction!Do we really want or need Dolan meddling?
They can acquire Robertson so we don't have to.They can trade up to 5 if they want lol
But it could be anything, it could even be a boat! Some of you are way too in love with picks.
Great deal for chi.
If they do, and Buff takes Bjork, and Reid is available, we will certainly not draft himI’ll believe Van isn’t taking Malhotra when I see it
So no trade is bad then. Even when it’s NYR. “The cost is the cost. Market dictates it.”90 percent of this board wanted byram and when a GM gets him the gm is an idiot.
The cost is the cost for a player. Market dictates that. Chicago wasn't the only team talking to buffalo about byram
Then we can burn the rest of the city, that the Knicks fans left somewhat intact, down the ground right? If they do, and Buff takes Bjork, and Reid is available, we will certainly not draft him
We did. It had already been made.Obligatory "how did we not get a first round pick for Panarin!?" post
we were doing that anyway....Then we can burn the rest of the city, that the Knicks fans left somewhat intact, down the ground right?
Miller has an NMC. He might waive for Florida, but I don't think Dolan would be happy with retaining 4 mil for 4 years. And if I'm Florida, I'd rather have the 24-year-old Lundell than the 33-year-old Miller. The 1 mil in cap savings isn't enough to make a difference.
Drury trading Buffalo's pick for Robertson and Nils while keeping the 5th pick is a, uh, 4D chess movewe're going to end up trading the 4th, Laf, Schneider and Berard for Robertson and the triumphant return of Lundkist
If I’m Florida I don’t make that trade, I’m not trying to argue that, but it’s more than just age and “extra points.” There’s also chemistry with two of their top five players. Who knows? They invested a lot in Brady. They may believe Miller helps maximize those two.Age is a huge difference, and whatever extra points Miller might score doesn't make up for it.
Too much coffee and I forget how to countDrury trading Buffalo's pick for Robertson and Nils while keeping the 5th pick is a, uh, 4D chess move
