Comrie looked good before getting injured too. This ain’t rocket surgery.
Send Levi down to work on his fundamentals and get reps.
Give UPL 80% of the starts

It will probably hinge on how badly Girgs is hurt.Do we know what the corresponding roster move is for the Rosen callup?
I don’t remember making an argument that Levi hasn’t been getting enough work. But I assume that he’ll get a lot less work now that Comrie is healthy. I’d rather send him down to the AHL and let him get reps in the AHL than sit in the press box in the NHL.How does this support your argument Levi isn’t getting work?
He’s on pace for 33 starts.
And I have no interest in giving UPL a workload like that.
Maybe KA doesn't want to send one of Tokarski or Cooley off to somewhere else? It shouldn't be a big deal, but maybe IDK. Levi's development and getting a bigger workload in Rochester should take priority though. Even still, if that's the case just trade Comrie and split UPL/Levi the rest of the season. Either way, this current plan is the worst option to continue.I don’t remember making an argument that Levi hasn’t been getting enough work. At times while UPL and Comrie are healthy Levi should be in the AHL. When one of them is injured Levi should come back up. You know, Like a regular #3 would be treated by any other org?
I’d like to see him get roughly 35-40 starts. 15-20 nhl, 15-20 ahl.
Nah, send Levi to Rochester. Earn it the way every young goalie has to.Wrong thread. Trade a goalie
They literally have an “earn it” sign in their locker room where they walk out. They ought to embody it and live it so it’s not just a sign.Nah, send Levi to Rochester. Earn it the way every young goalie has to.
He was given the opportunity last year and is his year and hasn’t been able to seize it. Nothing wrong with that either, nobody expected him to be our immediate savior before his brief stint last season
Was half expecting Adams to call up both Kulich/Rosen simply so he didn't have to make a decision, which seems like his m.o. recently.

12 when Quinn comes backThat jumps to 11 if you count 23 year olds Dahlin and Sammy.

Whats going on with Greenway? I thought it was an injury, now its for personal reasons?
I don’t disgree but that doesn't explain why Greenway’s status changed. He went from a game time decision last night to “out the next two games for personal reasons”Remember last year how the defensemen were always injured to hell and back but the forwards remained relatively healthy?
Yeah. The script has flipped this year (the emergence of RJ as a competent NHLer has also drastically helped the nicks/dents we've had on D)
Baby born?I don’t disgree but that doesn't explain why Greenway’s status changed. He went from a game time decision last night to “out the next two games for personal reasons”
That’s definitely a good guess. It fits the timeline.Baby born?

He'd be yet another undersized player that while willing, still isn't the best defensively. Also Vancouver that has little cap space this year or next sure as hell won't want to eat any for 3 seasons. Also, explain why that entire team has exploded offensively but Garland's stats are pedestrian at bestWe need bottom 6 players. He would fit on the 3rd line nicely. Its not a cap dumb. Not sure why you think because he has 2 seasons left its a bad trade. Thats the point of Vancouver retaining.
At 3.5 Garland is worth it for a 3rd line player with some grit that this team doesn't have.
