Funny how all these clowns are posting about trades they heard about that didn't go through after a 5 day deadline starts. You'd think they'd be eager to break trades that are almost through for the clout. A bunch of chimps.
The equivalence of clickbait trash. Whoring themselves for engagement...

'oMg I cAnT bEliEvE tHe RanGErs wOuLD mAkE tHaT tRAdE, iM soOo aNgRY!!' oh btw I can't talk about it.

Evolving-Hockey | Contract Projections

4 years 3.15M for Goodrow is projected here.. I'm not sure if more years takes the AAV down

I had him getting 2.5-2.75 per so 3.15 isn’t a real stretch considering the factor he was in the last 2 cup runs. I guess we’re going to have to pay the mercenary price but still not too bad. Ideally you’d like to keep him under 3, but it makes moving the Georgiev contract all the more important imo

Rangers have a ton of cap space available this year (and next year), unless they get JE (and even then cap likely is going out) they will be sitting pretty good to offer Goodrow 3M (as long as you dont give multiple bottom sixers this its fine)

The decision is disappointing to Tarasenko, but a source says it’s not the top reason Tarasenko is upset with the organization. Two months after the right winger asked the Blues for a trade request, and 10 days after it was first reported by The Athletic, the source says Tarasenko can’t believe he hasn’t been moved yet by Blues general manager Doug Armstrong.

Armstrong has told Tarasenko’s camp, according to a source, that no teams are interested in the player, who has scored 30-plus goals in five of his nine NHL seasons but has since had three shoulder operations. The source added that Los Angeles, New Jersey, Carolina and Boston, among other teams, have each expressed interest and were willing to take on Tarasenko’s $7.5 million salary-cap hit for the next two seasons but Armstrong has not found a suitable return. That’s Armstrong’s prerogative, the source said, but the delay is worsening the relationship between the Blues and Tarasenko. And not that there was any recourse, but there is no going back now.

Other sources tell The Athletic that interest in Tarasenko around the league is extremely limited and Armstrong is having a difficult time finding anything.

Tarasenko would not mind it if Seattle selected him in the expansion draft. Teams are not lining up for Tarasenko.

The Blues tried to move Dunn but they might not have received more than a 3rd round pick in return.

isn't a 3 rd pick better than nothing? then again SEA would be dumb not to take Tarasenko and see if he's healthy, and worst case they eat 50% and trade him to a team that would take that chance.

If they trade him for a 3rd round pick them they lose another player for nothing.
