Trochek, Neiderreiter expiring. Decision to make on Kotkaniemi. Necas RFA. DeAngelo RFA. Bear RFA. They should have space for all of them if they trust kids like Suzuki, Rees, Drury to fill in for the outgoing UFAs. It’ll be interesting.

So here’s an interesting idea for me actually. The team could conceivably add Lehkonen and someone like Stastny and then give Stastny a bonus laiden deal for next year on a 1 year deal. Re-sign Strome.

I have an interesting idea for some RW depth for the season. I wonder what it would take to aquire Terasenko? He has publicly asked for a way out. Then move him after this season at the draft to recoup some picks and prospects that we would lose for him and gain that cap space back. Just an outside the box thought.

I think it has been reported that things have smoothed over in STL for Tarasenko. Believe I heard that on SiriusXM NHL channel a couple weeks ago.

@Savant - Good point. But we could possibly trade for an established piece, retain salary and send that player to Florida who is in the middle of their window
