Speculation: Roster Building Thread - Part XXXII

Rangers get Luke Kunin and Tanner Jeannott
Predators get Filip Chytil Vitali Kravtsov and 2ed (Blues)

Rangers add more physical players with skill to the top 9.

Rangers have to waive McKegg and move Gauthier with this move. Upgrades the roster..

If he has issues with reputable public casinos, and he can't get credit at them, he probably goes to disreputable private sources. Who may have more than legal recourses at hand...

There's no reason ever to invite that kind of bullshit to an org, I don't care if he's McDavid.

It's the same thing. Two guys considered locker room issues. What the issues are isn't important.

And again - none of it matters. If your other 22 players aren't capable of handling one guy they don't like in the room then your locker room was never any good to begin with.

He had his best season last year after the allegations. The allegations of sports gambling on hockey were proven false. It would be very obvious if he was intentionally throwing games - particularly for him since he would be looked at under a microscope. It's pointless for him to attempt to throw a game when the bet sizes won't be anywhere close to his salary.

I remember when Jagr had a gambling problem and menstruated about 'dying alive.' Different. He was a ham and a crybaby... EK seems like a guy who would come here, play cards with Igor and Artemi's local friends and go missing by the weekend... he's not even that good...

Laf & Kakko need to be in the top 6 for this team to reach its ceiling. Their ideal 4th line is Rooney-Goodrow-Reaves. That leaves the 3rd line as the one they really need to figure out. I think Barron can definitely be a piece there, but they need 2 outside forward additions to reshape that line. Chytil/Gauthier arent giving them enough, Gettinger has been more noticeable.

The Rangers need to acquire one of Hertl/Pavelski/Giroux, all 3 fit the teams needs perfectly, and then get another winger to fill out the group.

YES, Pavelski is what they need. not sure what Joonas Donskoi will do though. They need solidfied top-six skill on the right.
