I dont understand the too late part.He fills a need. But maybe a few years too late.
Pavelski is still producing at a high rate even at 37 years old. He wins faceoffs. Is a selke level player.
He is legit the perfect fit.

He would be great, tbh. What about Pavelski. UFA at the end of the year. He is almost the perfect fit for this team.
A trip around the world is not a cruiseMore asshole sucking until they worked their way up to the balls.

Talking trade. Re-signing always an option imo.lmfao, that'll stop the moment his puts on the Blueshirt.
Just for the protocol, you're talking UFA signing, not trade, right?

Quite a gamble to assume that the migration will actually go through this time. Some of y’all waiting until the server migration to bring out your worst takes, knowing they won’t follow you over.

Strome on the stake, NOW! I will not stop until this witch hunt is over. Which, knowing us, means we resign him for 6x6I think this cabal of veteran players needs to be broken up. The ship has sailed on Zibanejad's contract, so the obvious target is Strome.
I had hoped Gallant would whip us into shape. Others voiced concerns that he's too much of a cheerleader. It seems to me that the latter is bearing out so far.
The six captains stunt was a bad sign from the get-go. To me, that was the team acknowledging that they need new voices in leadership (Goodrow) but still wanted to coddle the old leaders so anybody pre-Goodrow gets a letter.
f*** 'em. If you don't think they've earned it, which Goodrow getting one indicates to me, then they haven't earned it.
"Well you were already here so you're ahead in the pecking order." Totally the wrong message to send.
I’d take toews over strome all day every dayWould toews at 50% work? Chicago is looking at a rebuild, and his image kinda needs a rehab badly, so he might be a buy low piece.
The question is what would chicago want, and does toews waive at this point.I’d take toews over strome all day every day
Toews at 50% and a bottom forward for Krav. The question is what would chicago want, and does toews waive at this point.
Chicago has to look to rebuild asap, but they'd likely need to convince both kane and toews to waive to get any assets.
