Oh no you're good - there is no way you could have known. I'm actually glad you re-posted it. Rumors start flying this time of year and I don't want our threads to be overrun with such baseless rumors. Good time to remind people of what is a real rumor and what is not.
The only question I have is... will he take to twitter to rant about me again this year?

This seems kind of interesting to me. The elder Pettersson is 25, hasn't played in the NHL yet, former 6th round pick. Arizona trades two 23 year olds, former 2nd and 4th round picks, Dauphin with some NHL experience. Helewka seems about ready to make the jump.
Whats the play here? For Elias once a UFA? Was this about shedding one net contract? Couldn't have been for salary considerations…all three are pending RFAs...
