Well the fact we drafted him for a reason, saw his potential at that point and then never attempted to acquire him when he was just a contract away means we missed on him twice. He was worth giving another shot, and having scouted him before we probably should have given him another chance. He really looks good in Ottawa.

Well with the way he's produced this year (and last in OTT) I'd want him playing over ever wing on the team other than Panarin.

A source told me today that the Sabres like Kreider but with Olofson and Skinner on the left side they have more need at RW. I wonder if that might be why Kreider has been playing the right side lately to showcase he can play there? Maybe?

They have a deep offense, a solid defense, and good goaltending. Also I think any Flyers fan would pass out if you asked for Farabee.

I was wondering that myself - the article says "high end prospect". You have to think Cozens and Dahlin are a no go. Who else do they have that's high end? 2 of their better prospects are goalies which we have no use for.

Not prospects, but according to their board they have exactly 427 defensemen. Who knows maybe it could be Mittlestadt.

He just turned 21 about 10 days ago. Scored 25 points last year, on pace for about the same. I’d certainly take a chance on him.

Kreider is pretty much gone right? I'd love to see him opposite Panarin or Buchnevich.

he’d be despised by the entire board in a millisecond. Like think of the people who had unnecessary hate for Kreider prior to this season, multiply it by a million and then add the Howden hate.
