Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. I said it’d be less than that. That’s what Blues fans might want. Maybe we only want to give up the pick. The questions are what the middle ground is and how they could do this without losing Lindgren.
Pending new acquisitions and assuming Hank is amnestied, for expansion we’ll essentially be exposing 3 of Lemmy, Howton, Gauthier, or Lias along with Hajek and Rykov I believe. We’ll have to sign a scrub G and scrub D through 21-22 to meet exposure criteria (unless Hajek gets like 55 games or so next season). We’ll lose Hajek in my opinion.

which is fine. If Rangers get Dunn to be their Krug without having that price rage it’s worth it. tag it’s worth it to keep 4 and 4.

So you're basically giving up 23rd overall + prospect + Chytil for Dunn then
Rykov exempt. Lemieux has more value than Hajek. Maybe Howden and Gauthier too.

No thank you. They are deep in defence prospects, and I think they need 2 forwards with their 2 first round picks; with at least one of them having high end skill potential.

That still leaves Lemieux, Howden and Gauthier exposed. In any event, I dont think trading Buchnevich is in our best interests, much less is it for us to protect a 4th, yet-to-be-acquired D over our already-thin F depth.

Jones & Miller are the likeliest 2, followed by Rykov & Reunanen as dark horses. Dunn's not worth the price we'd pay to get him, or the price we'd pay to keep him

When Rykov and Reunanen make the shortlist, I’m not as confident as you guys are.
I disagree. Adding Faulk and Scandella, Dunn stepping up will mitigate somewhat the losses of Bouwmeester and one of Pietrangelo and Parayko. If its Parayko, they're getting a haul back, probably to include roster players. It won't be why they do or do not defend the Cup.

Maybe after the expansion draft, I'd be more interested. But with that coming up, pass. Especially when you're also suggesting trading Buchnevich.

Lemieux will get claimed before Howden and Gauthier. The point is, why go 8FD at all?Howden and Gauthier?

ROR got MVP. The Blues have amazing depth. They wouldn't lose both those players, and they've added others.
