Not out of the realm of possibilities, but I highly doubt (healthy or not) that Shattenkirk is traded. When was the last time the Rangers traded a player that they just signed less than 12 months earlier.
It's all relative, but I would not be against it, I just don't see that on the radar at the moment.
Also, I do not expect a team to pony up the goods to make a deal for McD. Getting two PO runs with McD pushes the expected return, in my estimation, to an area that few teams are willing to go in a capped world. If Toronto was 2 years deeper into their Rebuild and had a few 1st or 2nd round exits under their belt, that's a team I can see making a deal.
The teams that are willing to make a McD type move are fewer and further between now than they were before the Cap. There are quite a few teams that are satisfied with the "anything can happen" mentality headed into the PO's. Not enough teams out there looking to make their own luck.
