Would the Panarin line be better served if Strome moved to RW? and have the 'grunt type player' ala Blackwell, play at center? Even a acquired player like Bennett may be 'over-slotted' in that position.

Tough to say what we are losing here, but if he's going to be an inexperienced yes-man to Mario, who apparently wants to push forward with the aging Crosby/Malkin/Letang core, I'm all for it. That'll bite them in a few years time.

There’s a reason Rutherford ran after supposedly having a Letang deal in place. I get keeping Crosby but There’s plans to rebuild so trade the oft injured Letang and Malkin when the value is still there. It’ll definitely help with the rebuild.

100% agree. The only reason to retain on Tony to facilitate a trade is if were getting a legit asset back. Otherwise, we're getting his with a multi-million dollar cap hit for next season rather than a pair of sub-million cap hits.

I was hoping a Rangers fan could give me a breakdown of Shesterkin for Fantasy hockey purposes.

He hit waivers after a couple of bad early games but his stats look good in the past couple. How has he looked? Were those early games a fluke or maybe even these last few were flukes?
What kind of time is he going to get? Half and half with Georgiev or will he get 60%+?

I’d really appreciate any help as I need a goalie and I’m eyeing your young star (but Brobrosky who I have currently has had a solid start) and please try to be objective, this is a 300 dollar buy in fantasy league!

I was against trading Georgiev over last 9 months or so, but if some team wants him now I am all for trading him. You don't punch your teammate for a sarcastic remark. Ridiculous and other than 1 games he pretty much stunk, and he stunk in many games last season.
