Not sure why we are not seeing Laf on the 1st PP unit (rw) to manage the wall the way Panarin as a RHS on the LW.

My 1st PP would be:

CK - MZ - AL
AP - AF

Mika is the roamer, CK in front, AP and AL on the walls and Fox at the point.

Then you can follow that with

PB - FC - KK
TD - JT

oh there is a clear “lights are on but no one is home” look when someone is concussed.

I Didn’t think zibanejad has that yesterday. With the way the league is now he would have gone to the locker room immediately for evaluation if that were the case

The latter. Not sure how you can give a guy w his injury track record a huge UFA deal that is likely still in the $9M+ range.

After we saw JJ on the top pair with Trouba last night, it’s pretty clear the coaches don’t see him as an issue

It’d be too much work for me but I’d love to go back and roast every single person who said on here that “oh don’t worry that we signed Johnson, he’s not going to play”

they won’t move Gavrikov unless they have to. The kid is a legitimate shutdown D. His edge work is fantastic and he takes the body. He also is pretty quick. I’d love to have him.

to get PLD rangers are more then likely going to have to send
-Chytil
-Strome(mostly salary purpose and placeholder for Chytil)
- 1 of Lundkvist, Robertson, Jones, etc I don’t think they would make Schneider available and odds are the jackets will want a cost controlled top 4 D to insulate themselves in case Jones or werenski pull the same shit as PLD or just flat out leave in 2 years in free agency. I think it would be Lundkvist.

that’s a lot to give up. Chytil could very well turn out to be a similar player. But PLD is an elite 2c now and has room to grow and a history with Panarin. Me personally, I would pull the trigger, and I’m probably higher on Chytil than most. He’s got size speed and talent. Lundkvist for sure will be a binaries top 4 D for them for many years. Rangers have an abundance of RD and can take the hit there. And the jackets could get another impact forward or D in the mid to late 1st which is most likely where the rangers pick would be. What does everyone think?? What would you do?

Maybe he speared himself with the butt end of his stick?Happened to me. Probably had the same face though. With A LOT less hair on my noggin.
