I think they're just head and shoulders above the rest and they haven't hit their stride. They'll get Landeskog back and be able to add at the deadline. No team can roll out 4 great PMD like Toews, Maker, Girard and Byram.

I wouldn't rush Chytil back. The last thing that we need is for him to become concussion prone.
love to see the kid line because it's obvious that Kakko and Lafreniere just can't produce consistently with Panarin/Kreider etc. and get Laf at his natural spot but I agree don't rush the kid back. Let him skate non contact in practice no need to rush him back to game action

Chytil better NOT have had a concussion then. To rush an injury prone kid back (if it was a concussion) has to be bad idea.

Rush Chytil back from a concussion, scratch the Chosen One for a scrub who looks the same as he's always looked and still thinking that guy with worse hands than guys in my beer league is gonna score on an NHL goalie, Reaves on pace to play all 82, scratch one of our only dmen who can skate and move the puck up for this guy
Watch Jones get traded and have twice as many points as Kakko, just like Lundkvist right now.

Why is Blais being scratched? I’d play him over 3 other players that are in the lineup.
I'm not deceived but still think he could be somewhat useful. As long as he's not taking opportunities away from the younger guys, he's not the worst player to have in the lineup occasionally.
With Reaves a year older and slower I think our 4th line looks worse this year than last year.

Yea but this version of Reaves that doesn't hit is worse than Gauthier who is pretty decent at drawing penalties at least.
