Actually, you said Nieves was a #1 center long before any mention of Mackinnon, which you just tried to claim was one of the conditions you set for Nieves becoming a first line center. So not quite owning it....

They don't have the money unless they get a really cheap player back for Stepan. Plus, the Rangers might not feel Shattenkirk fits that bill.
