Interesting, but I think they'd want more.
I wouldn't trade Lundkvist for Turcotte straight up. I prefer Lundkvist as a prospect at the moment.

i move jones well before robinson. people dont want to face the fact you NEED size on the backend in the playoffs. it is just the way it is and this team is not going to make deep runs with fox, jones, and nils taking up three spots no matter how great they may play in the reg season. the playoffs are ALWAYS a grind game the further you go into the battles.
That’s just the Coyotes Coefficient, they’ve published papers about thatWell I think there is some formula that if you play for the super anemic Yotes every point you tally you actually multiply by 1.3845 so 40 points is actually 56 for a young center on good deal. Not bad.
it sounds like people around the kings are open to turcotte transitioning to the wing if need be. it is a nice problem to have too many centers...If the Kings sign Danault, would they be open to a Turcotte for Lundkvist swap?
Off topic but is Jake Virtanen someone we should be interested in?

The timing on Eichel seems to be now or never, no? Mika is tied directly to Eichel bc I can’t see them paying both. So you really need to decide now. You can’t play the waiting game with Buffalo into next offseason, unless you want to risk Chytil being your 1C

Yeah... I've got a feeling that's not going to happen.Sign Fox for 8 years $7.5M - best case scenario
Would Arizona take Strome back as part of the deal because otherwise they’re going scorched earth at this point. If I’m Drury I go get Dvorak ASAP. He’s very cheap for the next 4 seasons. Is only 25 years old, very good 200 ft center, and has untapped offensive potential. Because of that, the price for him wouldn’t be thru the roof. Having him and Chytil as 2-3 options gives us a little more insulation against Zibbys outrageous demands.
You get DVO fast, and keep working the phones for Eichel and hopefully Adams comes down a bit and you can meet somewhere in the middle. At that point if we get him, Zibby will surely waive to go to a Vegas contender type team with the intentions on them resigning him.
A spine of
Eichel
Dvorak
Chytil
Or
Eichel
Dvorak
Goodrow/Barron. If chytil is a part of the Eichel package.
is absolutely fine with me for the next 5 seasons.
Even if Zibby stays on a ok contract,
Zibanejad
Dvorak
Chytil
Is far better then having strome there. If chytil erupts and takes over 2C duties, Dvorak becomes an elite 3C on a very manageable contract
Yeah... I've got a feeling that's not going to happen.
No character no contract. After his legal stuff clears up I wouldn’t mind if they got him
**assuming he’s innocent and everything
A lot of people think that because he wants to be a Ranger for life (most likely), he will give a discount on the dollars. No. What does happen is he will probably agree on the max term 8 years, and go for market value. Not unless Adam wants to leave 10-12 million on the table for the team's sake. That's a lot of scratch.
Do let me know how the vote goes, so I can be sure to give zero f***s.Second
Yes. Yes we do.Is it so Insane that Fox would take 8.5 for 8 years? I mean do we really have to give him 10 million or 10.5?
Better than signing Danault for 6x6 or I guess we can role with Strome for another year and deal with the 2c/3c next yearDvorak again?
I have never seen this board so obsessed with such an irrelevant player.
Makar just got 9 he can take 9 as well. To remain home and play for the team he loves. I’m sure he willYes. Yes we do.
