We would have been a playoff team last year without Zib getting covid, Putin chasing Panarin, Trouba injury, Shesterkin injury etc etc etc. I think the roster is better equipped for our opponents now and if Zib can just be himself thats enough to make us better, our pp was god awful when he couldn't do anything.

I actually think the team next year will be overall better than last. But I can't see how this particular roster, with our shitty center balance, is going to KNOCK OUT one of the following of TOR, CAR, TBL, FL, BOS, NYI, WSH, PIT. The older teams of that group I think are still better. And in terms of last year's disastrous extracurricular issues holding us back (they did a bit I am sure), which team would have we knocked out in the MassMutual East?
