Rangers had quite a few quality chances.

Pouliot had three on his own, a breakaway and slot in the wrister.

Zucc scored a goal, that was disallowed by a bs call and hit a post.

MSL and Hags had a couple good chances. Carcillo almost scored in the 1st and that line had a few good ones.

Then they scored 4 in the third.

The game was a dominating performance. People are so down because it was so frustrating until the end.

I adore Cally, but MSL's interviews are ten times better. The guy is actually engaged in them and not giving vanilla answers.

I mean not that Callahan didn't like to win, his effort always showed that, but yeah it's cool to watch MSL freak out. He was legit pumped.

Hat, is that you?

I'm guessing we see Rafael Diaz' Rangers debut on Sunday to give Stralman rest for that injury he sustained tonight. He kept playing and looked ok, but there might've been more to that injury that he let on.

I'm not 100% sure, but it looked like after the game, when all the players were skating to Hank, MSL and Richards skated to each other to hug.

Tough to be too happy with that. Talk about lucky. Not a good effort.

Yeah, the performance was pretty much on the players. Totally lack of effort. Guys standing around, not engaging or chasing down the puck.

I have hard time blaming AV because he was trying to shakeup lines and get things going. Someone needs to assert themselves in that locker room fast.

Outside of the PK shortie, Rangers got VERY lucky at the tail end of the game.

Outside of the obvious about how this is the probably the only part of sports where "oops I meant to do something" actually matters. I guess close does matter. Outside of that however, I don't get when they go to Toronto to make a call on a play and then apparently it's "intent to call". How does Toronto know when he intends to blow the whistle and shouldn't the official know when he intends to blow and call it off before going to Toronto?

I thought you were done forever
