It is funny seeing more videos coming out of similar incidents and people try and make the excuse that they are completely different situations. I thought a crosscheck to the head area is a cross check to the head area regardless. That recent vid I saw of Vesey when he played here get cross checked in the neck after the game was over only get 1 game and that is the excuse people use to justify that only being a 1 game suspension. Pretty funny, especially when you got other media people or so called hockey writers who are doing the same thing.

Riellys was one handed, with the shoulder being the direct target, to an expecting player. Greig cowered, fell down, and turtled.

Reilly will almost certainly receive a larger penalty than other players received with similar disciplinary records. The dops in this league is a complete joke.

The potentially net positive element of this whole ordeal is there seems there may be a bit of a 'rally around the flag's moment for the team. This team could definitely benefit from an "us against the world" outlook right now
