The best part is you just know Dubas is going to hunt for another undersized puck mover to fill in for Muzzin's departure.
He's also 32 and he isn't getting younger. Is this a blip, is he hurt? Who knows, but it's not unreasonable to think there might not be much more left in the tank. This year is also just ~8 games.
You dang rights. I miss Bogo, we really need another one of him for the 3rd pair. Holl can get shot into the sun for all I care too.You mean just like the other undersized D he's traded for, brought in, developed? Like Muzzin, Brodie, Bogosian, Holl???
Sorry if this has been addressed, didn't skim all 7 pages but any indication of a NMC here?
Beyond that, this looks pretty solid and within range for what he brings.
He isn’t the reason they haven’t progressed but he still part of the problem. I just don’t understand why they are so married to these players.
Cap hit is fair but the term is gross. Rielly looks like he has lost a step physically and I think his best days are behind him. Oh well, next management groups problem.
He's been pretty bad.Too funny and so many people hated him last year. All I read was how terrible he was.
Mo grew up in an extremely affluent area of Vancouver. It is probably one of the most elite areas in the country to be honest. I really don't think money is everything to him, as I assume he has always been very well off.
Mo wants to be a Leaf. Something that is extremely hard to find. To me, he is the ultimate leader. I will be buying his jersey next 100%
Honestly, i'm surprised this gets done during the season given his age etc.
Nice to see Rielly doesn't want out.
Every bigger contract Dubas has ever done seems to have the wrong term.
I'm neutral to this deal and I find the timing bad. I see little problem in waiting til the next me of the season for this issue.
