Wright, Green, OG, Siakam and Leonard are an insane collection of defenders. So much versatility. Not to mention, FVV, who is great defensively, and Lowry, who is above average.

Atleast they didn't trade OG, since he's gonna be the guy when this blows up in Ujiris face and the Raptors are forced to fully rebuild.

Vince could have been, and he was probably the most talented. But DeRozan holds a lot of the alltime records with the Raptors

Mostly because he's played 150+ more games and 4000+ more minutes than every other marquee player the Raptors have ever had. Even when we're talking about rankings, DeRozan mostly got to where he is on volume

Reasonably he's behind Carter and Bosh in terms of most talented players the franchise has had.

I duno. I might put him ahead of Bosh. Those 2 are close though. Of the 3, Bosh was on the worst Raptor teams though.

T Mac could have been ranked quite high but left early in his career. Him and VC would have done damage and formed one of the best 1-2 punches in NBA. It hurts looking at that team and remembering him leaving..

Nice deal, upgrade on the current roster, looking good in the East at least. Nice and deep, still plenty of good youth with upside, and a pretty organized salary structure.

Ujiri et al have done a nice job finding talent it seems, which seemed to make this possible.
