Assuming he's picked by us he would 100% not be in the NHL next year. Our RHD is already set for next year with some combo of Boqvist, Peeke, Blankenburg. There are moves to be made and maybe one of these RHD are involved in them, but Nemec/Jiricek would almost assuredly go back to their respective clubs next year

Yeah but Liiga/SHL/AHL would be better for them. And your GM has history with my favorite Liiga club, and we have a hole at 1RD. That's why i'm hoping one of them falls to you, and we could get them on a loan for next season. Obviously slim chance on both of those things happening tho.

I'm good with whatever he and the club wish. If that's the AHL, then great, if its in Europe elsewhere, then great as well.

Jarmo obviously has some connections in the Finnish league (he got Texier and Tarasov to play there) if that interests him.

Exactly. Nobody is perfect.
A good reliable D must make more positive thing as negative things in a game. Then he is considered as a good Defensman.
A star D has this ratio even more to positive plays. And even he makes some mistakes in the game.
