His shot too.All he needs to work on is his consistency. As a wings fan we are incredible blessed to have him and Sieder.

His shot too.
You do realize Seider worked on his shot last season? This was the same complaint for Seider too and he's doing just fine
He’ll be in Detroit or Grand RapidsIs the plan that he comes over next season to Detroit?
According to both Niklas Kronwall and Dan Cleary, He'll either be in Detroit or Grand Rapids next season. This is his final year in the Swedish league. Is the plan that he comes over next season to Detroit?

Looks like a Hedman clone.
Multiple observers in Sweden have called him a mix of Hedman and Dahlin and I think that's pretty accurate in terms of describing his tools. He looks like a huge version of Dahlin at times lol. He's a unicorn type player, I hope he reaches his full potential.
I don’t think he’s as talented of a hockey player as Dahlin. But very very few people are.
Yeah that makes sense. I dont see Dahlin when I watch Edvinsson. Sure he'll rush the puck and stuff but I dont see the dynamic offense Dahlin had when he was coming up. I think Edvinsson is more of a two way player and the Hedman comparison makes the most sense. Huge, elite skater that does everything at a really, really high level
Edvinsson is also physical.
Did Hedman have a heavy shot at this age?
I feel like Edvinsson's offense is a bit underrated right now because he can't finish. He's not as refined offensively as Dahlin was, but he's got shades of the same type of stuff with the way he dance through traffic. Difference is Edvinsson doesn't end those rushes with a snipe top corner but instead a muffin to the pads.Yeah that makes sense. I dont see Dahlin when I watch Edvinsson. I also like Edvinssons offense a lot, more than most. But he doesn't have generational, unheard of offensive IQ like Dahlin. Dahlin has better hands, creativity, shooting and passing.I feel like Edvinsson's offense is a bit underrated right now because he can't finish. There are plenty of elite offensive defencemen without good shooting ability. That's kind of a big deal.
That's essentially the difference between Darren Helm and Dylan Larkin.
If his shot doesn't improve in the next 5-10 years, sure. That's kind of a big deal.

All he needs to work on is his consistency.
Yup, that's been his only real knock since before his draft year. Scouts knew he was an athletic and has spectacular toolbox, but he needs to work on consistency for it to translate to his potential and long career. He has biggest ceiling/floor contrast of the top, top D prospects.
