No. NHL scouts and GM didn't think those guys will be better against men in 2 to 5 years. They haven't opined on whether they will be better against juniors in a month.
Yakemchuk had no issues playing against grown men throughout the entirety of NHL preseason. This is just a good example of GMs being too cute. You don’t leave off top 10 drafted players, it’s nonsensical.

It's a bizarre decision to not only exclude him from that initial group, but also going with Parekh as the first sub today. I like Parekh as a prospect and I think his game is well suited to junior, but Yak would be a dominant force with a better supporting cast. That much was clear in the Sens' pre-season where he regularly looked levels above NHL competition.

I think it's more a case of the selection team just doesn't like him. At this point I don't think it's based on ability.

Just got hurt in PA after getting boarded and was favoring shoulder it looked like, trainer came out. We'll see if he comes back for the 2nd.
