The only way that would happen is if it was 7.2 for one year so he can cash in in UFAMaybe he will do 7.2, keeping in line with Tage and Cozens.
That was a joke, but yes.The only way that would happen is if it was 7.2 for one year so he can cash in in UFA
the player cards the athletic puts out values Dahlin‘s last season as he enters his prime at 12.7 million. Around 10 isn’t just good value for what he is…it’s amazing for what he will be
My petty thought of the day a few weeks ago was that if the number was going to be $10M AAV that they should make it $10,000,026 AAV to make Dahlin the highest paid player in team history.I'm petty and want to see Dahlin's AAV at exactly $10,000,001.
Should we make is $10,000,009 as a slight to Jack?My petty thought of the day a few weeks ago was that if the number was going to be $10M AAV that they should make it $10,000,026 AAV to make Dahlin the highest paid player in team history.
I thought this contract was happening this week the way the talk amped up around the NHL.
He didn't perform as well in ELC as Miro H. did. Thus he had to go bridge. Made sense for both sides. If you compare him to Miro, if the $10 mill aav is correct, it nets out the same in real money.I'm fine with 10 x 8, he deserve it.

8x10 sounds great. I was hoping he’d go for under 10 but I also look at it from Dahlin’s side … the difference between 9.9 and 10 is huge psychologically for him. Either way, I suspect we are getting a great deal.

They must push it in Dallas because Stara fans seem way more interested in a rivalry.I love how one of the guys who guests on The PDOCast talked about how they were directed by the Stars to play up a rivalry between the two, to manufacture sides.
