BTW it looked like scumbag Malkin reared his head after we missed all those empty nets and gave Mika a headshot from behind against the boards when the puck was in his feet. I swear Malkin has to be one of the top 3 dirtiest players in the league. Such a great player but he's so dirty.

I'm torn...I'm all for Laf getting those important minutes - but not upset Motte was out there flying around like a spitfire engaging in dogfights. I can't ask for anything to be changed in a game we got away with 2 points with officiating heavily against us.

It's amazing how more scoring keeps cropping up time and time again with the NHL and they just look at changing physical aspects of the game. How about just call the damn rulebook, the answer is right in front of you.

He is good for one dirty play per game. Was the Mika hit really a headshot though? I thought it was a standard boarding. Unpenalized of course…
