Seriously, would Kuz try that against an NHL-caliber team? Just a lack of respect for us.

The effort has actually been pretty good of late prior to that period. That period is what happens when a bad team doesn't get incredible goaltending and their opponent is actually good.

Not saying that you did this because I don't think you were one of those who did, but it's hilarious how the mood has shifted from "I expect to compete next year" after the Sabres game to "I can't believe we have a few years of this mess to look forward to" 48 hours later.

That's true, the mood does shift on a dime here.

I stand where I always have. I think with the right coach, we're 1-2 years away from playing competitive hockey. Cup contention? Who knows. I just don't think a successful rebuild lasts longer than that in this day and age where the hard cap puts everyone on a plain.

I'm definitely willing to miss the playoffs next year but grow in other ways.
 
chytil does have some nice moves in the o zone. not being a wise ass is Lias considered a good skater?

1. If what you are saying is accurate, it's the fault of those above AV for hiring him and keeping him this long.

2. What Rangers coach has ever been universally praised? Good luck coming up with a name.

lias andersson is a terrible skater. zero burst, zero acceleration. good lord.

he needs YEARS of instruction and squats.

I don't think any coach in any sport has ever been universally praised, outside of Bill Belichick.

That said, not many coaches are loathed by 99% of the fanbase lie AV.
