If you haven't figured it out yet Panarin doesn't wanna play with Chytil it's fairly obvious.

he doesn't have a choice and he wont be at center. Bread and Butter could use some garlic.

This team has developed a wonderful personality— Find a way to win. Very simple and straightforward.

Love this coach!

1. Gallant sees the whole picture which DQ seemed to be totally incapable of. Right here, right now, it’s a skilled fancy line and 3 other lines that plays a fast straight forward game. It’s simple and effective in the sense that we will be competing in most games even if it’s not that pretty nor really gives us potential to like beat a prime Tampa team.

2. I of course love Blaise, but I also really like Hunt and Rooney deserves cred too. Reeves doing his job for sure. I was not a big fan of the Nemeth signing, but he has been solid for sure. The depth guys deserves cred, well, at least except McKegg…

3. Fox offensively was on prime Leetch level.

4. Ziba and Panarin won’t get many votes nor are they deserving, but they had position but couldn’t get on the inside first 50 minutes and the last 10 they did manage to do just that. Just saying, they weren’t totally useless.

5. Can’t help but to be pretty fed up with Geo, for some odd reason.

6. I don’t like Kreider on the first line. He should — IMO — be with Chytil.

If I remember right, Barron won all his faceoffs in the 3rd... cleanly too... just saying. He was aggressive on the forecheck and attacking. He's inevitably getting sent down though, unless Strome is not back anytime soon. He's either testing positive or really sick. If he's not back next game,

How did Barron look. I saw he only played about 8 min??
Who won the Trouba/Blais fights???
How did we look overall??
I thought when Georgie let that Norris goal in we were toast, but I heard he was solid??? I hope it’s true???
How were our big guns?
And how was LaF-Chytil-Blais??

nah, no bill... that toronto game.. game 3, with a team with all this change, new coach... i wouldn't use that as an example for anything.

Sure they were flat, but they were opportunistic and in the end, the W is all that matters.

They will lose games, but a character and a identity is forming... and they are winning with it.

Good stuff. A couple of moves and this team could make some noise...

I don't know whats going on with Chytil... 20% on draws again. It's not working. I'd put him with Panarin and Strome. A shooter and speed/forecheck on the right. Slot Goodrow at 3C... to baby sit the French Connection

Who knows, but after the Rangers statement to the league last season, they have a target on their back now. So anything is possible. It was a minor penalty nothing more.

GDT didn't like him. I thought he was good. He had limited time and help, playing with McKegg... but he eventually got some good forecheck pressure with Reaves and had a nice end to end rush early in the game. I like him and think the team would benefit with giving him a bigger role. He could arguably be our 2nd best center right now

There were no winners. Trouba had a good swing then got caught in an awkward position and Tkacuk ended on top. Blais was a scrum then they fell. Blais fight was the marker, imo, where the game changed.

First 2 periods were lifeless, going through the motions. Honestly thought the game was over when Georgiev gave up that 2nd goal...

Our top4 has been REALLY good. Nemeth is solid and the most unsexy player but I like him. Lundkvist is tiny and struggles.
