Millers game is like Pouliot's. Big and fast with shots off the wing.

Playing center is too much to ask for. Lots of responsibility. Lombardi makes more sense.

I'm pretty sure he's better than a 4th liner.. even at this point.. He is usually around 30-40 points.
 
I was very concerned before this past week, but Lombardi and Stempinak are some solid depth moves.

Almost lost faith in Sather again but :)

Stempniak is a right wing. Theres nowhere else to go unless you move somebody. The only slot unfilled was Dorsett, who was a RW. Glass is a LW who replaced Carcillo.

He'll probably get 13-14 mins a game because of the PP and PK.

*Averages* 637 games. 341 points. --> 43.9 pts/82. If you're going to say he doesn't average 40+/year because you are not defining a year as 82 games that's fine if you like misrepresenting numbers I suppose.

Clearly someone is going to move to LW. We're not going to have 4 good RW and 2 good LW and just overplay the lesser 2 LW.
 
Why do people want to play Nash with Zuccarello? Nash creates his own offense and isn't really the type of player to benefit from Zucc's playmaking ability.

Someone will move to the left, he's too good for the fourth line.
 
Can Stempniak play his off wing? If he replaces Pouliot that line is tiny. Brassard and MZA utilized Pouliots size in front. Miller can play LW.

Miller isn't a liability. He's NhL ready. He just needs to smarten up.
 
I still would like to see Kreider take Pouilot's spot..

and I'm not really wanting to turn this into a can Nash play LW or not debate.. that's just MY opinion LOL.

I agree, I align with the people wanting to put Nash with the weakest of our top three centers. I'd put him with Miller and Hagelin.

Basically, I just want the spot to be EARNED; not given to a player because of what he did years and years ago. We shall see.

Perhaps this is just one of the dominoes falling en route to the Drouin trade.

Need to maximize MSL's time here. Short window. Use the same formula that got you to the SCF.
