Looks like game 6 against the Pens is a home game on Mothers day again. The NHL is really taking care of the Rangers STH:sarcasm:

It's not the NHL. It the availability of the Garden. Games 3 & 4 should be Tuesday/Thursday and not Monday/Wednesday. Playing back to back is ridiculous.

Liberty have a game Thursday at 11am. Dont get why they cant still play Thursday night. Besides, it is the WNBA, just cancel the damn game.

This is really a bunch of crap. The other series are all nicely spaced out and the Rangers again get the only back to back and again a Mother's Day game to ruin that day. The one game I got tickets to was game 6 and now I am screwed!

they certainly didn't when we played Washington. Tickets for that were dirt cheap, I am sure being down 3-2 didn't help either.

Round 2 > Round 1

But I'm keeping my tickets for Game 6. Hopefully I'll get a nice mark-up on Game 4

I honestly dont see why they cant play game 4 thursday night. The liberty (who really cares about them anyway) have an 11am game. We always play 730p games when knicks play at noon. Can have an 8pm start no problem, unless they really need that full time to set up for billy joel friday, which I highly doubt. What should have been done is game 3 tuesday and game 4 thursday night but this arena schedule bs screws it all up.

Being down 3-2 is a death trap for Game 6 tickets. Happened last year in WSH (I think that was a bigger issue than Mothers' Day), last series in Philly, and now I'm seeing it happen with Nets tickets for this Friday. Game 4 in Brooklyn was selling for well over $100/ticket, now Game 6 is only at around $70? Both are Friday games so that should have no impact, I'm pretty sure it's just a result of being down 3-2. Fans lose interest.

Look at it this way. The Rangers have been dominant on the second of back to backs. Bring on the back to backs!

The screw job last year was that the game was at 4/5pm or something. Early afternoon or night game would have been an easy work around for me. The mid-afternoon start is what killed me. Noon start? No problem. 7pm start? No Problem. So why the foo did they have it smack in the middle of the day?

Cheers!

So a mother's day game down 3-2 will undoubtedly lead to lower prices.

How would mother's day and being up 3-2 shake out?

I did round by round and they charged my credit card instead of taking from seller credit off the exchange. What a pain considering I used seller credit to pay 1st round and the playoffs last few years. Trying to get that changed now. I cant afford to get hit with the renewal price on the 5th and the playoffs today.

That's annoying. They applied my seller credit to my invoice. Or did they? They make it so hard to figure out what the heck is actually owed...I never know if I'm being charged correctly. Wish they sent out a detailed summary itemizing all the debits and credits as well as discounts.

Turns out they didn't. My invoice was less than I was expecting because they applied the 10% discount from round 1.

Furthermore, if your account has any credits as a result of ticket sales through the NHL TicketExchange, you will need to contact the Season Subscriptions Department to request to have those credits applied to future payments or to be refunded to the same method of payment used for the purchase of your seats.

I wrote my seller credit down after they charged it from playoff invoice and I just checked again, still the same. Went online to my chase card and there was the charge, so annoying. I do the math myself...in a notebook lol. I keep the price of the tickets written down and then the price with the 10% playoff rebate so I can keep track on exactly whats charged. Obviously they are only charging 3 games now instead of 4.

Yeah, I took a closer look at the email they just sent me and saw the paragraph at the bottom, which I pasted in italics above.
