I'm pretty sure it was going over said guys when it took a crappy bounce off a join between glass panes.

Looked like he was trying to go off the glass and out, by that I mean out of play or out of zone. (because it hit the glass first, obviously wouldn't have been a penalty)

None of his team mates were near him if I remember correctly, they gave him little option.

Too bad he never got the 0, you could tell he was disappointed. Either way, there were WAY too many odd man rushes and ridiculous defensive break downs. Team were lucky to have Hank to make the saves there.

Went off a stick, I believe. A few sticks were up high.

A cluster? One of our guys...one of theirs. :help::laugh:

It was not a silly move. It was text book... 101... what every goalie is taught to do.

The puck took an unlucky bounce off a stick right to a player wide open. Extremely UNLUCKY.

But yeah, you're right...it doesn't matter because we won. :)

Huh. I thought there were more guys there. Thought Staal, Stralman, and Ennis were there for sure.

Yes, after he shot it into a cluster of four or five guys. There were other plays he could have made. Hank's puckhandling sucks, dude. It's one of his truly bad qualities. He needs to make a better read next time. I'm sure he's upset about it, but it is what it is. Don't shoot the puck into a bunch of guys next time. Make a short pass or even go up the middle depending on where the D is at the point. It's not like he was being pressured to make a quick decision, either.

It is what it is. He was lights out the entire game which is great to see.

But...it didn't hit a "guy", it hit the boards and bounced funny. It's the right play and the right read.

Someone explain to me what Pouliot, Pyatt and Boyle are providing on a nightly basis that Hrivik and a player like Kristo couldn't provide? Hasn't it been long enough to give these older guys their shot? The team is slow and has no life. Inject youth.

I don't mind Boyle on the 4th line, but Pyatt and Pouliot need to be GONE from this team immediately.

You should just be happy they won, who cares if the bottom six is abysmal and they played with the energy of a nursing home during nap hour. You're so ungrateful, are you even a Rangers fan?

Disagree about Boyle, however.

I would like to see Pyatt waived for Kristo. And I'm not even a big Kristo fan.

I'll give you Pyatt and Pouliot. They are totally useless. Boyle is an excellent 4th line C.

He can barely handle the puck. It has gotten worse this year. He can't complete passes and while he blocks shots and wins face offs he provides less than nothing in the offensive zone.

See I thought the same thing for a while, but he really isn't. He provides no speed, he can't control, the puck and distribute at all. He is a decent 4th linger who can take face offs.
