Good size, decent athleticism, sometimes gets lost in the crease. In the AHL he was capable of solid if unspectacular play, the kind where he'd usually keep the team in the game, but not really ever steal one. I think his actual performance in the AHL over the past two years was better than his numbers indicate, but he wasn't anything special. He split time with Keith Kinkaid.Looking for info on players who made their NHL debut last season. Can anyone here tell me a bit about Adam Huska, like what role he played last season, what type of player he is and what his future outlook could be? Thanks!!
His NHL debut went about as poorly as possible and though he has seen extensive time on the taxi squad, it seems unlikely that he's going to have an NHL future here--or elsewhere. He's headed for free agency and will probably look to resuscitate his career with a different organization. I'd guess in a couple years he ends up back in Europe, unless something really clicks and he takes off.
