Lol!

Look at my posts in -31-'s nothing can happen thread, MSL trade thread, etc. Nearly 90% of the board gave up on the team before the playoffs even started, immediately claiming they'll be knocked out by Pitts or Boston.

Girardi has been a good defenseman. Not everybody is 'gassed'. Brad Richards has no horsepower left, but I think Girardi needs to think his game out better in some cases. Unless he is injured. Everybody has aches and pains at this point after all the battles, but I think Girardi just has to calm his thinking down and get steadied out.
 
When players are playing hockey after the middle of May, I never judge an individual's performance until the playoffs are over and we find out what they were struggling through. People were all over Bergeron last year and the SCF ended and suddenly people were like "oh he had a broken rib and a punctured lung?" Same thing with Chara. "Why doesn't he skate harder?" then "Oh, hip flexor?"

Henrik said he had to give up one or less tonight and that's what he did. There's something very awesome about that. Not quite "We will win Game 6" but still amazing.

Pierre and Milbury ranted about that goal multiple times and both Jones and Milbury said it changed the course of the game. The announcers have said that a few times, now.

I've grown to like Pierre's commentating this post-season. If the refs blow a call he rips them apart.
 
zucc was only one forechecking in third period. I am in shock we held on. On the other hand, defense was pretty solid. Feel bad for Girardi. Something definitely not right.
 
Stralman getting some much deserved respect. The man is gonna earn himself A LOT OF CASH!!! LOL
