This was always going to be a trap game. If you told me the Rangers first regulation loss to a sub-.500 team would be on Jan. 27, i take that all day.
Ironically, Richter’s number was also retired vs Minnesota.Don’t really care if they lost tonight as long as they win tomorrow
he is far from the reason we lost this game. Plus he takes faceoffs for that line which could be a big help. I honestly don't care if him or Kakko play RW for that line but it's painfully obvious he will put up more points than any other RW we have right now. I am sure Hunt, Gauthier or Kakko would have scored 4 tonight with Panarin tonight lolSo what, not a star of this game. The first post he hit is a goal for most bantam players if we're being honest. That was a big miss.
1. With Shesterkin in we win this game or at the very least get a point
2. Morgan Barron f***ing sucks. I don't understand the man crushes on this board with literally every 3rd/4th line tweener we bring up from Hartford that does nothing but dump the puck, chase it and lose every board battle. He's Dryden Hunt 2.0 and Hunt himself is a waste of a roster spot
3. Goodrow hitting the post on that wide open net absolutely murdered us. We win this game if he hits that 4x6, book it
4. Gauthier and Lafreniere were both very good tonight. Feel bad for Gaut not being able to bury that feed late in the third but he got robbed, it happens
Cause you love Tony?

Mike Dunham virtually shit his pants on the ice that night and we lost 4-3. Well I don’t really remember if Dunham was bad or not but I was 14 and I was there and Richter was my favorite player so as far as I was concerned Dunham was awful and everything was his fault lol.
Let’s hope we can beat Minnesota this time.
The "real game" is based mostly on luck over a one-game sample.
Great players around him drew players to them and set him up with glorious chances and he didn't bury the bisquit. His only goal went in off his skate. What did he do tonight that was great again? And I like him....on the 3rd or 4th line.he is far from the reason we lost this game. Plus he takes faceoffs for that line which could be a big help. I honestly don't care if him or Kakko play RW for that line but it's painfully obvious he will put up more points than any other RW we have right now. Are you saying the goal that went in off Goodrow's skate was soft? You can't win in this league if your Goalies save percentage is .778.
Korposelo let in 2 soft goals and didn't turn it on until he realized Georgie was even worse than he was. The save against Goat was the only save he wouldn't be expected to save.
We absolutely would have won this game with Igor.
This team has been outshot in every game but two since December 1st. Let's see it more regularly and I'll be happy to see it.
There's always this narrative that I enjoy being negative but the only thing I enjoy is having the puck more than the other team and carry play. If you read every post I've made the last like, seven years I'm remarkably consistent with that. And so are the Rangers, which explains a lot.
He can play and he certainly can skate. This board needs a dman to whip; he's that guy right now.also what was this Hajak play tonight - dude was flying
Those teams are better than us. We are still building and developing young players. Enjoy the ride this year no matter how it turns out.Fall into a 3-way tie with Carolina and Pittsburgh
Were you posting like this when Shesty was out and Geo was winning games for us?No way Kinkaid isn't better than this guy. Has Kinkaid even had a game as bad as any of the 10 Georgiev has had in the last calendar year for us?
I was there as well. but drunk and don't remember the game just the ceromony lolIronically, Richter’s number was also retired vs Minnesota.

I didn't say he was great you said he was the reason we lost AND that he should have put in 4 goals. Let me know when another guy who plays on the wing with Panarin scores 4 goals. Hunt? Kakko? Gauthier? and honestly I don't care if the goal went off his pinky toe or his ass and in the net. I would kill for Kakko goal like that.Great players around him drew players to them and set him up with glorious chances and he didn't bury the bisquit. His only goal went in off his skate. What did he do tonight that was great again? And I like him....on the 3rd or 4th line.
