this team has been screwed since we traded for Nash.

second, this team showed that they have no heart when they lost to buffalo a week after richards was cross checked head first into the boards a week earlier by buffalo. The sabres should have paid a price that night......they did not.
 
This isn't the first time Richards has been "distraught" in the locker room after a game this season. Nothing has changed in his game. We're all waiting for him to turn it around this season and it's not happening. So him sitting there being distraught isn't really helping his game, it's hurting it.
 
Maybe the Old Beaver should have actually prepared for the season. Maybe he could even have kept in shape and played in Europe! It's OK to be distraught, Brad. You have 12 million dollars waiting at home. Go buy yourself a fancy bottle of wine.

I'm sorry, I'm just really starting to hate him and his play.
 
I dont feel all that confident against the Panthers seeing they beat us already this year. This team just cant score, its as simple as that. If Hank lets in more than 2 we lose, and thats a damn shame.

He has been HORRENDOUS offensively.....but we all know he's NOT a 1st LINE RW, but he's playing there. His 1 on 4 stickhandling attempts never work, he's not Malkin. But the Biggest thing is, when Cally is nor scoring....it would be OK as long as he's hitting everything in sight and spraking the team.

Seems like after his Shoulder "Subluxation" in the early Philly game has changed his Game entirely. And that's not a Good thing for this team......that already lacks Forechecking presence. :rant:

Been that way for years. That and 1st goal against. They get scored against first and the whole team gives up.
 
If we get another coach, one that knows anything related to offense, this team will take off. Brad Richards included. They need a new vibe, new attitude in the room, they need to be trying new things. Mark my words.

Hopefully that time is sooner rather than later.

dont worry, winepeg and buffalo ( yes buffalo ) will squeak in and the rangers will be on the outside looking in.

The other teams fighting for a playoff spot or fighting to get in, they are beating the crappy teams......we lose to the crappy teams. :laugh:

well richards has another year to prove that... though he's still gonna have the same dumbass behind the bench.

Buffalo isn't getting in.. There is only an 8th spot left. Rangers or Jets. Islanders dont seem to be going away.

good point....didnt look at that. either way.......3 teams ( assuming winnepeg doesnt catch washington ) fighting for one spot.......Rangers will be out......deservingly so.
 
Tortarella needs to go. Don't care who agrees with me or not. This guy is a ****ing awful motivator and his lack of in game adjustment making skills are all too apparent.

Pathetic effort by a team that clearly doesn't care.
