That was beyond depressing. The team has a lot to prove to the fans, to themselves, to everyone. There's no point in going over anything. Some personnel changes need to happen. If Kravtsov would have just waited ONE F*CKING GAME, he would be in the lineup. Schm*ck.

Defense looked terrible. Other than Fox (who also played poorly) no one playing D tonight could make a decent outlet pass and our forwards really don't want to drop deep into the defensive zone to carry the puck out which is just a disaster.

Miller has not looked comfortable in a long time. His name should be in the lineup in pencil, not pen. He might need some time in the AHL.

Gretzky taking up a quarter of my screen and rambling while two goals were being scored was horrendous. TNT thinks they need to maximize on Gretzky's name power but his commentary is completely uninteresting.

Miller was rushed to the NHL.

The crazy thing is he looked pretty good against really good competition. He looks lost now.
At least he's had a some good flashes. can't say that for our superstar first overall

I can tell you the Caps played it perfectly. The Rangers spent all summer getting tough for this matchup (among others) for Washington to not even play ball lol

Fifty page thread about Kravtsov not being ready for the NHL and earning it versus being entitled, but Miller was actually gifted his roster spot without showing even a glimpse of something resembling an NHL caliber defensemen.

They need to put one of Lafreniere or Kreider with Chytil. Otherwise we will never score with our 3rd line. Tô be fair we also won't score with our 1st line with what they showed tonight.

Very early obviously, but I don't know if I can envision them making the playoffs if this is the long-term bottom 4 D. It's not NHL-caliber.

The Rangers seem to have convinced themselves that Lindgren-Fox and Miller-Trouba are perfect combinations, but we'll see what direction the new coach goes in as things wear on.

Why is Tinordi here? I expected him to be #8 coming in. I'm very surprised and a bit disappointed that we had all those young D going for one spot and f***ing Tinordi got it somehow.

Dolan and Drury want to be tough guys.
