But that statement isnt accurate. He is a wonderful offensive player but defensively he is average at best.

Yea I’ll take average. The term I prefer is inconsistent. There are times where he makes a very good defensive play and games where he plays very well defensively in general. The issue is that he makes at least one awful blunder every game and the other issue is that occasionally he has games like this. I don’t understand it.

you people need to get a ****ing grip. We're a team of kids going up against the defending Cup winners and top 3 team in the league that plays a heavy and discipline game, a horrible matchup for us. Definitely not the matchup you want to subject your rookie goalie to. Hank is being sacrificed for this one.

We need more grit. Not fighting. Taking the body. We poke check but only 2 guys regularly take the body. Trouba and Lemieux.
