wait you were serious? you have a leedahl jersey? all joking aside you might have a problem...when you get to NY there might be an intervention waiting for you LOL

I actually sat behind Leedahl's family at a game in Everett when he was still playing for the Silvertips back in 2015. When be moved to the Pat's, I saw his jersey show up on eBay so I bought it

Speaking of dad jokes. I'm flying to the big Apple today but can anyone tell me where the Minneapolis?

Took me a second.

I’m in Prague this week. I was keeping an eye out for shops that might have any hockey shirts or jerseys, but I haven’t noticed anything. Might have to get closer to Kladno. Zlin is a bit too far for me.

The Jaromir Jagr Bar was cool, had Some nice merchandise and stuff, but i was there “decades” ago, do not know how it is now. I bought a Jagr puck from glass.

Oh and when in Prague, go for the schnitzels and beer, They are Great.

Not writing Shesterkin off but it's hard not to have a reaction to the fact he's been outplayed by the guy who was backup at UConn last year.
New ice surface, new angles for Shesterkin to get used to. I also get that Huska struggled last season, but he’s been a legitimately good goalie prospect since he’s been drafted

The NHL is a bit different than the KHL for a goalie--smaller ice surface--different angles--more traffic around the net. I expect that Shesterkin will need a bit of time to adjust. I think he eventually figures it out.

With all the talk this week about wanting north south guys and not having many. Are we really going to trade away Chris kreider with what he brings to this team? I'm still not so sure.

I’m still holding out hope he re-signs to a team friendly deal and we find a way to move out Namesntikov and Smith. But think it’s going to be tough. That line of Kreider - Chytil - Kakko gives us a genuine 2nd line, with Panarin and Mika on the top line.

it takes time to learn the nuances of the smaller rink. for a goalie, the angles are different and the play is more on top of you. much less room. its very different.

he will need some time to get comfortable.

3 mos of hartford time and hell quickly start to dominate the AHL. thats my gut feeling.

I don't mind Kakko playing with 45. It's a cool number as far as I'm concerned and really any number he wears is fine with me. I'm kind of expecting he's going to become my favorite player.
I just wanted it to be confirmed that he's not changing numbers. It's not the number that bothers me, it's the indecisiveness that does. Doesn't he know that he has 20 people that post here waiting to buy his jersey?!?!?!

Leedahl isn't listed on either practice team A or B for today (see Leslie Treff's twitter), just like Robertson, so he could have an injury too that has the NYR preventing them from sending him down

Everyone going to ignore that find from @Amazing Kreiderman that said SKA’s home rink is NHL sized? It’s the talent that is different. The KHl sucks. Sorry but it does. He’ll figure it out.
