Saw a Ferrari F8 Tributo today. Just spectacular.

Way faster than the 458 Italia, especially in real-world settings? Yep. Would I take one over a 458 Italia if given the option? Nope.
The 360 was the last good looking Ferrari imo ,I mean from any angle.
I also think late 80s early 90s Superbikes are better looking than any late models.
Mind you I'm talking strictly style.
Performance on modern bikes is just out of hand.
The supercharged Kawasaki H3 is insane ,250 HP bike in the hands of mortals is just asking for big trouble.
I'm a massive bike freak whom has moved to street legal MX bikes because I like a bike that's fun at 40 mph not one that's fun at 100 mph.

I'm a Ferrari fanboy so I'm very biased.

I do love the look of the 360 as well, but other than that lovely gated shifter it's nowhere near the car the 458 is (interestingly, the car in between those, the 430, I do not like the look of at all.) However, after the 458 they went turbocharged, and the only turbocharged Ferraris I really like are the 288 GTO and F40, both of which I'd be scared to drive due to their rarity. Ferrari has definitely lost the plot for me a bit from an enthusiast POV; I love the 812 GTS but it's too powerful to really enjoy on the road, and everything else is either turbocharged or a hybrid/EV. I enjoy hybrids and EV's as daily drivers but absolutely f***ing NOT as driver's cars.

Never been a big motorcycle guy but the idea of 250 HP on a motorcycle is just ludicrous to me. That's just death waiting to happen.

When it comes to cars " for me " beauty is obviously in the eyes of the beholder.
Best looking car ever is MK1 E type.
The mid year vettes best looking American car ( 63-67)
Japanese obviously the 3rd gen RX7
What they all have in common are round smooth lines with no square edges, all cares like this age well . The Countage was brilliant when new but didn't age well. 911 is timeliness for this very reason..you know a car is good looking when it looks right in ANY color.. these are purely my thoughts and not speaking from a position of authority.
Modern bikes look like transformers .When form takes a back seat to function style gets lost ,like the Buggadi..ugly.
Slap an E type in my garage and I'm happy ,my kink is 2 wheels..I live in the Colorado mountains, never ride city or interstate, my dangers are deer in the road. Nothing delivers seat of the pants thrill like a performance bike dirt or street.
When I lived in Denver I had a Porsche convertible cause I was afraid to city ride..it was meh..personally not in to it.
Here's how sick I am , I currently have 7 bikes , 4 collector's.
I search classified every day for anything 2 wheels that catches my eyes.. mainly 90s superbikes..that market is insane right now.

@TheAngryHank at first I was going to jokingly tell you you have a bike problem. Then I realized that the first thing I thought of upon recently receiving a job offer with a huge raise was "can I buy another car?" even though I don't even have a garage. So I choose to shut the f*** up.

Saw what I think was a Ferrari 308 GTB from a distance in Concord, MA on Sunday. Absolute freaking classic.

I am pretty sure that's what it was, as if it were a 288 GTO I may decide to stop living.

Because they can't make money off of it?
yeah i guess you don't want any incentive for people to drive an EV because that means less revenue in state gas taxes? IDK. It'll be monetized somehow sooner rather than later so why not get everyone hooked with the free juice so they have no options when ICE are the exception rather than the rule?

Because that would be forward thinking. Since when do politicians think ahead? Seems most politicians in this country want to move this country back to the 50's or something... but we're getting too political here so probably should stop... :boredom:

I have a Master's degree in the physical sciences and am well aware of the environmental benefits of EV's when done properly, but I'd be lying to you if I said that I won't badly, badly miss a screaming naturally aspirated combustion engine at redline.

Some drivers in muscle cars decided to make a loud and clear statement recently, doing burnouts in the parking lot of the Dearborn Police Department. The whole thing was caught on surveillance cameras with numerous cops around. Even the chief heard the tire roasting. To top it all off, there were people hanging out of the windows of a Dodge Charger leading the way, likely taking video to post on social media.
Chief Issa Shahin looked out the window to see the stunt, claiming he ran outside and got the plate numbers as the muscle cars drove off. “I wanted to make sure what I saw was real. I couldn’t believe this was happening next to the police station,” Shahin said to local media.
With the vehicle information in hand, police proceeded to send a message of their own. They chased down all three cars involved in the stunt, arresting all three drivers for reckless driving. Plus, all three vehicles were impounded, two of them were forfeited to police.

Funny you mentioned a track, I was thinking today about sports cars and just how shit the roads are everywhere. A track is the only place you could enjoy a modern sports car.Not to mention how insanely fast and capable they are would get massive tickets.

Agreed. There are a few supercars that can be manageable daily drivers but it's the exception rather than the rule. Overall, if I could have any supercar for a daily it would be the Audi R8 Quattro. With the right tires it can handle the winter, it still has a classy look despite being flashy, the ride quality is not compromised and when you're in Sport mode and getting into it that Lamborghini-made V10 f***ing HOWLS.

But most of these cars are just far too fast, are too harsh in terms of ride quality, or are incapable of handling the shitty roads due to clearance and other issues...or more than one of those problems. People do buy Teslas for a daily (the official car of rich Middlesex County, MA residents is a freaking Tesla now) but those have their own problems; the build quality is questionable, some of them have a f***ing yoke instead of a steering wheel (LMAO) and the tri-motor versions break physics in terms of straight-line speed yet are severely underbraked (great combo, guys!)
